Paediatric specialists
Experienced in developmental delay, cerebral palsy, hypermobility, and school-age movement difficulties.
Neurological rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, stroke recovery, and neuromuscular conditions.
NDIS experience
We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants and are familiar with NDIS goal-setting and reporting.
Medicare & private health
We accept Enhanced Primary Care (EPC/CDM) plans, private health insurance, and private pay.
Collaborative communication
We provide written reports and updates to referring practitioners with patient consent.

How to refer
Send a referral
Email or fax a referral letter to our clinic. Include relevant history, investigations, and your clinical question.
We contact your patient
Our admin team will reach out to the patient within 1–2 business days to arrange an initial appointment.
Initial assessment
A thorough assessment is completed and a management plan developed in line with your referral goals.
Progress report
With patient consent, we send a written report back to you following the initial assessment and at key milestones.
